ah yes =), i actually forgot about that trick, but tis pretty easy. i don't think i've seen a name for that one.
Each ball does it's own thing the whole time- ball 1 goes back an forth over the top ball 2 is an under the arm through every time. ball 3 stays in the middle with short regular throws
Really all you need to know is an over-the-top throw and under-the-arm through, and then get all the throws in the right order.
I believe the order is over, under, middle. over, under middle, etc...

But the poor video quality isn't the isight's fault. I it had to do with the settings in imovie
