you should see the motor I just finished building for my little 49cc 4 stroke scooter. I added a 72cc cylinder kit, big valve head, race cdi, high output coil, carb jetted, uni filter, MRP racing exhaust, polini variator, dr pulley clutch, polini kevlar belt, and all the emissions control crap yanked off. ran about 35 stock. It now does about 60 mph with me (190lbs) on it and as far as DMV knows, (ssssshhhhhhhh!!!!) it's still 49cc so no license required! hehe.

It was a 7.3L powerstroke diesel f-350. it wasn't really strapped down tight but the suspension on the truck without any weight on it is stiff as hell. Until we put airbags on it, it was a real kidney buster.

well i am glad we both got to share our information and yea most people dont tighten down the bike that much when its in the truck...what type of truck is it tho?(motor size)

4th gear sticks sometimes and you have to kick it down a gear to get it back shifting properly. It also needed a clutch pack. This was one of the ocasions it did this. Appears to be pretty common on these machines. I only made this video for when I was selling it.
if i were you i wouldnt be showing the buyers how u ruin the motor by shifting so soon>>>that causes things to stick as said in a previous reply..if i were u i wouldnt ride it till it was fixed properly

apparently it's fairly common to that model It has never given me nor the person who bought it from me any trouble Trust me, short shifting isn't going to ruin the motor I just finished building a custom race motor for my schwinn sport 50 scooter and my buddy's son's kfx 80 so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to engines The main reason why it needed a clutch pack was cause my friend thought he could cruise around in 4th gear at 2mph I re adjusted the clutch and was fine after that

I do know where you are coming from though. I had an old 2 stroke dirtbike (year unknown) lock up on me when I first started riding many, many years ago. Loaded it onto the truck to take it back to the shop and discovered the vibrations from the truck ride freed it up. However that was a little 80cc manual clutch 2 stroke. not an auto clutch 4 stoke atv.
