Athletic Bilbao goalkeeper Armando Riveiro struck by bottle

SEVILLE, Spain (AP) - Athletic Bilbao goalkeeper Armando Riveiro was hospitalized Saturday night after being stuck by a bottle thrown during a match at Real Betis.
The match was halted with Athletic leading 2-1 in the 72nd minute, seven minutes after the bottle thrown from the stands hit Riveiro in the face. Security guards immediately detained a fan from the section where the bottle originated.

Fucking idiot who throws the bottle! He's giving bad reputation to spanish football! The fans of Real Betis definitely needs to learn how to control themselves. I mean, this isn't the first time stuff like this happens at Ruiz de Lopera stadium.

It's never normal to throw bottles on people, whether it's on the pitch or not. Therefor I think it was right of the referee to cancel the game.
