I was/still am getting off Heroin from 4 years use, I started using it when I was 16 years old and I am still on methadone 70-80mg/day dosage, but at least I'm not using it anymore and I'm not into that lifestyle (I only used on my own, but large amounts) I didn't stop at once I slowly lost interest in it and finally give it up . I started exercising on my bike for the last month or so, now I'm doing 10-15 miles a day to give cause it feels great and helps you sleep at night.

Thank you for your comment. I'm extremely optimistic about the future and my life, while on Heroin I was basically just existing for the next hit or whatever you want to call it. I have goals I want to achieve and targets I have set myself. I might open my own video blog and let people know my story and that addiction can happen to anyone.

Heroin is an ugly, awful drug. It took my best friends life a few years back. Shits gonna get tough, rough, and ugly with time, there will always be good times and bad as well. Just know that putting that shit in your body is about the same as slowly slitting your wrists, it's death. Good luck on staying clean. As cliche as it is to say, you only have to live one day at a time.
