The Petroleum Land Management Program is sponsored by the TCU Energy Institute and supported by the Tandy Center for Executive Leadership in the Neeley School of Business. It targets professionals who are currently working in the energy industry. It is also open to professionals in related fields such as law, real estate, and land management. The program is especially relevant to landmen, lease and title analysts, attorneys, right-of-way analysts, acquisition and divestiture specialists, and others supporting exploration and development activities. The curriculum consists of nine courses that provide the critical knowledge and skills to enhance the careers of the participants. Upon successful completion of the nine courses, the Petroleum Land Management Certificate will be awarded by the University and the TCU Energy Institute. The individual courses within the Certificate can also be used for continuing education credits. Participants can also enroll in individual courses if they are not interested in earning the Certificate.
