@junaplooukinidze the board isnt made to be going down stairs, you cant judge a sport because someone crashed using the equipment wrong

Defently should have been called Dirtboarding because of its similarity to snowboarding

Its very natural - just slight movement of your rear knee backwards activates it with your calf.

do you have to push mongo because of the board set up or is that just personal choice?

Some guys push regular, but because of the board's design it is much easier and natural pushing mongo.
