Just for the record, this game was played at the Polo Grounds, along the shore of the Harlem River. It was built in 1911 and served as the home of the NY Giants until they relocated to San Francisco after the 1957 season, and the NY Mets for their first two years, 1962 and 1963. It was demolished in 1964 in favor of four huge public housing towers and a school.
