I love Bj penn but is a spa camp or a training camp?

Diaz is training with one of the best around, and trains triathlon(unsure about spelling) for his cardio when he is not training for a fight, so his stamina is pretty much good to say the least. I was hoping Bj penn would have chosen better fighters to train with like the others do, i really hope this video was just for show and not the real sparring partners. War BJ!

I went to his gym out in Hilo and holy shit the guys there where crazy.... I trained with his brothers Reagan and JD Penn (I'm a brown belt) and I'm from BRASIL, anyways there really good they really are scrappers
