How did nobody know about this? CP 293-23 departs Enderlin, ND with 104 cars and 2 ex-BNSF B40-8Ws in tow bound for the GWRS, a shortline operating on former CP trackage in southwest Saskatchewan.

  • @RailsandRoads The H2s paint looked brand new as well...i know it wasnt but it looked it. bnsf must take really good care of the paint on their engines

  • @kelbym07 and they let a Heritage 3 go.. thats a rare move by bnsf by letting a engine go thats in their newest paint

  • By the way, these two new units will be used almost exclusively on the Assiniboia-Bracken line, with the remaining M420s continuing to operate the lines from Assiniboia to Pangman and Coronach.
