The song is 'Ashtray Heart', a B-side to the rare album 'Party Of Special Things to Do'. It was released in 2001.

ashtray heart, written by Captain Beefheart (who was a friend/classmate of Frank Zappa, btw) performed by the white stripes for Sub Pop, they also performed party of special things to do and china pig, all three from Beefheart.

Sad that you need to explain to people who Captain Beefheart is. One of the most (if not the most) influential musicians of the 20 century (which is why the White Stripes are paying homage).
