my simple run through of how to create a "dynamite stick" - i do in the video repeat th word 'dynamite', twice, therefore saying a "dynamite, dynamite stick" - but i meant to say "dynamite stick" haha. I hope you learn something new here!

that stuff is some PVA mesh, it's designed to melt with the bait in it so that when it hits the lake/river bed - it explodes the loose bait around your hook or area you want to fish

lol cheers mate, sorry it's not what you expected, im sure you could always fill the PVA mesh with gunpowder and put a wick in it and light it lol - but this is for fishing and it's bait that's put in it instead, cheers mate
