IF you read my comment below, you can prolly still do low intensity high duration, but id say limit it to twice a week. throw in a high intensity low duration day too

yo im pretty sure they got it wrong on the cardio. my kinesiology professor was saying last term that low intensity high duration will actually cause your body to put on fat. look at it this way, your body adapts to whatever it does frequently, so by doing LI HD cardio, your body is like "shit, this nigga is runnin me like a motherfucker, i better store fat so ill be able to run for that long". but hey, its just advice --from a well known kinesiologist-- you can do whatever the FUCK UWANNADO
