@SuperLmer He does not accept sin, but all our sins are covered by Christ! So that when the Father looks at us, he doesn't see sin, his sees Christ and his perfection! That is why we are loved as we are! Salvation is not by works, it is not conditional and it is not uncertain, it is by Christ's grace and grace alone. Sure, being holy and such would be nice and we can try, but it is not what gets us God's approval. Focusing on our failings is not looking towards Christ.

That was amazing. Since I was saved, the church I've been at has made me feel so guilty, so full of self-loathing and so doubtful and uncertain in my faith. I was depressed, miserable, and felt as if God was judging me, along with every christian I know. I still know many christians judge me, but I also know that that is NOT what Jesus taught! I've read his word, his word is love, his love should be preached and we should live in his grace! Jesus is the way and he should be our constant focus!!

Brennan Manning's books have meant so much to me - especially The

Ragamuffin Gospel. I believe it was truly life changing for me those

many years ago.

This sermon on youtube is my first time to hear him speak. Oh, how I

wish I could meet him in person and kiss his lips and thank him . Thank

you Heavenly Father for this man's powerful testimony of your uncondit-

ional love. I pray that you bless Brennan Manning beyond measure.
