  • How did you get the 8mm transferred? Pretty good... no flicker, keystone, etc.

Wasn't the gag of the motorcycle in the trench lifted from another movie?? (Maybe another Universal film, like W. C. Fields?)

  • We do a video frame by frame capture straight to computer.

I'm afraid I don't know much about the film itself. But I do believe this was part of the full featured movie Abbott and Costello Meet the Keystone Kops, however I am not sure.

  • Do you have the original piano music that went with this movie ?

    To answer "Jeangrey65" 's question, I bought a great 16mm copy for $8

  • the ends meet...

  • @8mmProjector It was used in the WC Fields movie "The Bank Dick", which you can also find here on YT.

  • Abbott&Costello are better then MR.Bean I'm sure of it. Already watched a lot of clips from them and I sure like them,

  • Does anyone know how much these 8mm films are worth? I have this one in mint condition.

  • Thanks! We used to watch this on my Grandma and Grandpa's projector. It's hilarious when you play it backwards. :)

  • Would it be possible to make these 8mm movies with the sound of an 8mm projector? Just for the full nostalgia. :-)

  • Lol...Lotta memories with this cut, I had this same 8mm movie when I was a kid...What a treat every Sunday setting up the screen and our Belle & Howell movie projector to watch this classic!

  • isnt there usually like music in the background... just asking

  • This is actually footage from the 1955 film, Bud Abbott & Lou Costello Meet The Keystone Kops. That film is pretty good, especially the full version of this chase scene.
