Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Nino Kalandadze reported the details of the visit of Minister Grigol Vashadze to Spain. She said on 3 April 2011, Grigol Vashadze, would pay a working visit to the Kingdom of Spain.

On April 4, Mr. Vashadze will meet his Spanish counterpart - Trinidad Jiménez García-Herrera, the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Co-operation - and on April 5, Mr. Vashadze is due to meet the President of the Congress of Deputies of the Kingdom of Spain, José Bono Martínez.

Matters related to existing bilateral and multilateral co-operation between Georgia and the Kingdom of Spain will be discussed during these meetings.

Deputy Minister also reported that on April 7, the Special Representative of NATO to the Caucasus and Central Asia will visit Georgia and hold meetings with parliament speaker, State Security Secretary, vice PM and foreign minister.

The week will be also busy with political consultations - government is expecting high-level delegation from Estonia. In addition, the delegation of Georgian officials will leave for Latvia.
