When you get back to Jersey and read this... I think ya did great! I've never done a handle so my opinion may be swayed because of your great attitude and ability to smile at those types of....."learning points". By the way, you are very cute.
I love pulling handles from the start but most of my students don't. In old books they refer to it as like milking a cow but that doesn't really help any more. I've never milked a cow in my life. The only thing is that I find that we who pull handles alot make it look like we are doing it really fast, and many students tend to over work the clay because of this, don't you think.
Maybe milking it is the right term??? HAHA
But everybodies handles are unique the the shape of thier fingers right?
