Two white men upset because a "black man" has commen sense to get out of car to remove himself from an unfavorable situation. If the scenerio had been the reversed, where two black men ran over and killed a white man, murder charges would have been filed, gone to court and a subsequently issued guilty verdict. No question in my mind. This is a complete and utter injustice. RIP Brandon McClelland

Why was it drawing fire from civil rights activists? If there wasn't enough evidence to prove the suspects did it, doesn't that make them innocent? And, even if that isn't the case, why the civil rights groups?
