@Anabrazon no the gameplay of the old RE games are better (more based on puzzles and exploration instead of action) the camera view is the only thing that is better in RE4 and 5 and REmake and RE0 looked just as good, if not better than RE4.

Yeah, I know, RE 4 an 5 are good. Butyou didn´t have that freezy Feeling, for example if Nemesis arrived and you didn´t have much ammo or forgot the Magnum. The Enemys in RE4 left Ammo if they die. RE Zero to Veronica haven´t that Shit. You have to plan. You can´t easily start running around and shoot everything which step in your sight. You need Tactic and fast reaction and a bunch of luck. The old RE are to fear.... the new are to Action. I love the old one :D

think about, would'nt it be scarier if you dont know whats gonna sneak up behind
RE 4 and 5 are great games of today but seriously, there are not as scary as the other games

The old resident evil s are amazing. It was really new. Yet they tried to be more revolutionary. and did. yet , it just is becoming mechanical.(disclaimer; i love resident evil) it feels repetitive. i imagine resident evil outbreak storyline and visuals, the very detail of resident evil horror, and overhaul of the repetitive yet potential game play , and it might be the very best game in its' field.

RE5 was not a bad game, however it wasn't scary at all.. 2 me old school RE series are still the best, there is something about the atmosphere in those games that keeps me want to play them again
