I cry every time I hear this song. I have many family members in Afghanistan right now and im proud to say im related to them. Thank you for serving our country! You have a beautiful voice and this is an amazing song!

@tylertolivermusic I fell in love with this song the moment i heard it. It truly speaks my biggest fear of losing my boyfriend when he goes away in the military. I never found a song i could relate to so much before. It is a wonderful song! Keep on writing I love your music. <3

This song has made me cry several times... I lost my husband in Afghanistan in 2009. But it has helped heal me as well, on my bad days I listen to it until I can listen without crying and in some way I feel I have overcome something. I pray every day that my other widows(ers) find the strength to push forward not only for them but for their children and the memory of their loved one and for all those still over there fighting that they make it home safe so no other has to go through this pain...

You know its funny I wrote the dam thing and I am so used to playing it. I kinda forget the meaning of the lyrics from time to time, btw couple small mistakes haha This video made me read them and it bought a tear to my eye. This really is a great song I am sometimes surprised I wrote it. lol Well thanks for posting and refreshing my memory why I wrote it in the first place
