Florida criminal defense attorney Steve Kramer explains what happens after being stopped by a police officer and blowing a 0.07 on the breathalyzer.

If you blow 0.08 or higher, there is a presumption of driving under the influence, but you may still be arrested if you blow 0.07 or less because the police officer is trained to look at the totality of the circumstances: driving pattern, your performance on a field sobriety test, etc. Watch the video now to learn more.
