Starbucks is heartless this video is true in all aspects. As for the ad, Starbucks admitted to using the 9/11 attacks as a way of advertising! It really is disgusting.

The only problem I have with this video is that you said starbucks "boycotted" the troops coffee when asked to donate. Look up the word boycott because the way you use it here is incorrect. A boycott is a protest by refusing to give your money to a business. Being asked to donate something and then you don't is something else. Starbucks is not protesting anything so the word boycott is completely misused here. It ruins your credibility. Instead, just say Starbucks does not support the troops.

Who ever says "collapse into cool"... or collapse into anything??? If we were in a parallel universe where 9/11 never happened... if I saw this ad, I would still think "Huh? What does that mean?" The only sense it makes is that its a reference to 9/11... because otherwise, what the fuck does that mean???

I want to address a few things: For those of you who see that this is wrong, more power to you. For those who say it's a "coincidence" then why did they pull the ad when it was noticed? And for those who say Starbucks donated to the troops I do not believe you, considering I have heard from much more reliable sources that in fact they didn't donate to them. SUPPORT AMERICA! so how else would you just imply every aspect of 9/11 in an ad? You are ignorant and starbucks won your weak mind over... more people should be aware of this disgrace to America. Open your eyes and learn to see buddy, it's clear as day what their intentions were... so drink your coffee and laugh at me while our troops fight for you to do so... (whispers) Terrorist.

This is ridiculous. And Starbucks did not boycott the donation of coffee to the troops. I work at Starbucks, and we were involved in collecting donations from customers. Maybe you should do your research before you post videos like this.

It's not coming from the organization itself, it's coming from the americans that feel the need to donate... unfortunately, starbucks doesn't feel the need to donate when asked to. The troops overseas asked for coffee... none was sent to them. So don't tell me to do research, because collecting from others to send and actually sending from your own pockets are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!
