I will b teaching Zumba Gold in the active adult community. I luv Zumba bcause of its combination of dance & excercise. The line dancing that is done here is just line dancing. Zumba Gold works above the line dances. Who sang the music to this piece? Great job on choregraph.

@gjames441 in Korea, there are many active silver people who learn dances without payment (- FREE) in the senior community center. they are over 65 years old. But there are young dance begginers and adult members(-under 65 years old. i mean 5o,60 something) in my Gold zumba classes. they wanted more Fun! and the song is in the Zin volumn 21 music.^^ God bless you !

I'm in an active adult community, lunges may b a little tougher but I've watched the line dancers an they do alot of crossing in Tangos & country versions. I didn't think her cross overs were that difficult. I liked it.

@gjames441 you are right! we do a lot of crossing overs in some other dances. it's a kind of challenging for them, but they liked it . and we are not only exercising but also dancing in the zumba classes. But many zumba instructors said " Zumba is not a dance, it's exercise !! " i don't agree with their opinion. i love Zumba because it's the dance combination workout. that's why we can smile and have fun in out zumba classes.am i wrong??

Can I do the course / workshopp in Zumba Gold without having done the Zumba basic? I want to be Zumba Gold trainer. I am in Germany. cidoka

@cidoka53 there are many zumba instructors in Germany.please contact them in Germany. i will have my Master class at the end of November in Korea. i will show up my Gold style choreographies there in my Master class including Zumbatomic.

this looks like a fun routine! I want to practive at home before I take class so I can know the steps and feel comfortable to add pizazz to the choregraohy. I want to party and burn calories and sculpt my abs!!!!!!!!!
