Rico my man! I love your vids. I have started doing the HIIT and man you feel like you've run a freekin marathon on that last set. It's great too for fighters because it conditions your body to sudden, intense situations being thrust upon you.

HEY Rico my budy works out on an empty stomach and he is jacked shouldnt u go catabolic if ur on an empty stomach or does the body use fat as the main energy source wich prevents you from going catabolic on an empty stomach ?

@9mmeagle I would puke if I had food in my stomach when I worked out. You don't want energy for digestion taking away from your workout either........eat a meal 2 hours before or a protein shake 30 min before

hey dude obviously you know your stuff but, an individual should not just "automatically" jump on a treadmill and do interval training. One should gradually get to interval training by running on the treadmill for 15 mins before a workout with the last 5 or so minutes running at a decent speed.
This technique helped me lose 40 pounds in a month (with the right diet too of course) so maybe this will help people not dive head first into something crazy like max interval training.
