The meter guy probably hears that 15X a day from people. "Oh no no I'm only a couple minutes over, please please! Meanwhile he's been an hour over or something and happened to show up when the meter man was there, or the guy was inside somewhere watching for the meter man so he could run out and piss and moan to not get a ticket."

Amazed. Someone help me get the scene. So this guy is a full "we need more government more bureaucrats more central planning to control banks to provide security we need more democrats to force on us a total monopoly on health services" - yet when he gets a taste of his own medicine (monopolized police), not only does he complain, but he still doesn't get that he's to blame for the service he gets. This planet is taking me into a full blown spiral that feels like a really bad dream. Darn.

If you don't want a parking ticket then either don't park illegally or pay for enough time to cover your car using the spot. Really?
