fun fair do make money when run probley and the thing that killed southport was having to pay 3 pound just to walk round and the greed owner she just not into parks so she wither just close them and make all the money from blackpool wich she is running into the gd with expencive tiket and a fee just to walk round she will kill blackpool so ithat is the reson southport closed the fair but it got newe owner and if and is veruy bissey this seson

you should all get a grip on reality. the reason parks like this close is because they dont make enough money to invest in new rides. and slowly bit by bit they become old and unviable. owning a park is a buissness not a charity. if you want to blame anyone look at your self or your friends and think how many spend money in a place like this and how many spend it abroad on holiday. good luck to the new owners. i just hope they dont lose all there money like pat collins family did at barry island

@richardmaudsley77 That ride did actally snap once, I believe that one of the carts came off and either injuryed/killed the 12 year old girl that was in it..

Whats the name of that twister thing next to the cyclone, always sounded like it was gonna snap? I remember when the cable cars were green and said 7up on them... *sigh* Atleast the traumatizer isn't too far out the way.

th thompsons never wanted to get rid of this park. they only did it because i was 2 damaged and pleasure bach was earning more than 18million pounds more than this park
