Louise Fulton Keats and Lucy Nunes show us how to make a delightful Multigrain Seed bread using the Thermomix. With the help of Lighthouse Bread & Pizza Flour, we are shown just how easy it is to get a nutritious and rustic looking loaf in easy to follow steps.
@mirasprofile since this is a Thermomix video surely metric weights make more sense than metric measures, since the machine does the job for us? Otherwise I'd have to get out my measuring spoons.
I really dont like this bread I have made it a couple of times but i love making bread in my thermomix. It is really quick and easy and better than a bread maker. This was an excellent video showing the finer points of breadmaking with the thermomix.
Thanks for such a well produced Thermomix recipe video. (I have already linked to it from my blog.) Just wanted to remind everyone who is curious about the super kitchen machine that you can also use it to make your own butter for that delicious bread.(quick and easy to do) Double the YUM factor!
