Michael Caine [Alfie, The Italian Job] stars as cat burglar and professional conman Henry Clarke is this glossy heist thriller. During a stay at a sanitarium for recovering alcoholics, Clarke is approached by a mysterious woman, Fe, who has a business proposition for him; her husband, Richard, plans the most ingenious of robberies. With Clarke's ability as a thief, they have a winning combination.

The trio head to Spain to carry out a particularly audacious job. However, as the stakes grow higher and the risks become greater, relations between the three become dangerously complicated. as Clarke and Fe begin to fall in love, and secrets from the past emerge, threatening to destroy them all.
