  • Is this a short version of a documentary?

  • We will recover the fuel truck!

  • Thank you Twyla. This video footage of the damage caused to Robson Bight makes me want to scream. Unbelievable this had happened when I first heard of the incident shortly after it occurred. Nothing has been done yet, and the Orcas are returning. These are some of the rarest Orcas in the World they cannot be replaced. Why were there no safe-guards to keep such a bizarre thing from happening? Why was this barge with its lethal cargo allowed in this area?! What damage to health of Orca

  • Thank God for capitalism.

  • Thank you for this... Amazingly done and extremely important... keep going

  • Eleven pieces of equipment tumbled off a barge on Aug. 20, 2007, into 350 metres of water within an area designated as an environmental reserve. The equipment, belonging to Ted LeRoy Trucking of Chemainus, contained an estimated 19,000 litres of petroleum, some of which immediately started leaking into the famed killer whale habitat where threatened northern resident killer whales rub themselves on pebble beaches.

How convenient that Ted LeRoy declared bankruptcy immediately to avoid paying

  • Where is "Burrard Clean"......aren't they supposed to respond to oil and gas spills along the coast of BC?

  • Disgusting how nothing has been done. Canada is one of the most pro-environment countries in the world, and this really upsets me. Great video, but very upsetting.

  • I loved it! You have some amazing footage and brought up some key points in the end. Thank you Twyla!
