@kawasheema I eat raw American eggs all the time and it's never happened. The chances of salmonella are slight and even if you did get it, an adult would experience a case of the runs; it's more dangerous in kids or the elderly. I've gotten food poisoning from lots of things, but not raw eggs surprisingly! xD

if the poster is eating this in japan, japan supposedly screens their eggs rather carefully because they eat a lot of raw egg. At least that's what I've heard.

i would be worried about getting salmonella poisoning or something like that from the raw egg. i would at least make sure the rice is super hot so it cooks the egg somewhat
