the backroom is where they keep there contacts of the REAL suppliers, its where they make up false lineage, order info such as how much they pay for the dogs which in comparison to what people pay for them is pennies. Not all are this shady but if they dont follow rules and regulations of the American Kennel Club, they are all frauds. If you do not see the words American Kennel Club, get out

yea my mom worked at a "lagitimate" puppy store and then after a week of working there they let her in the "back room" and then she quit and reported it ...... we always adopt
