Listen closely. You can hear Bill's bass slap, This early in Elvis's career Bill hadn't amplified his bass yet.

Yes, that show started on the radio only and by the next year it was on TV. He signed a 1 yr. contract to appear every Saturday night since Nov. 54 - 55.

Okay. So the audio is from 1954, but the photograph is from 1955, thus accommodating the appearance of the "L.S./M.F.T." slogan. Right?

This October 54 recording was only on the radio with a live audience, and later in 1955, it was a TV show and he appeared in it in March.
