  • It's being made by a 3rd party, no by microsoft, but maybe some game developers would like to make use of it for the 360, it's good to have side options when it comes game developing, and this wouldn't replace the original 360 controller

  • Lame, come up with your own ideas instead of stealing Nintendo's.

  • Wow Exelent I want one.... when is going o be on the market?

  • Darwin is more advanced than Wii controller. Darwins use combined technology of accelerometers, gyroscopes, and magnetometers to detect motion. If this device is going to cost less than a $100, I actually think its pretty cheap.

The only problem I see is will there be enough games made to match this technology?

  • THERE IS NO DELAY TIME!!!!!!!!!!! Instead of button recognition, inputs are detected by motion. What this means is that an user needs to perform a sequence of motion in order for the game to recognize it as a press of a button.

For example, in order to take out the lightsaber, a user has to swing the controller up. Only after that sequence of motion is complete, will the game recognize it as the A button, or whatever key it is to take out a lightsaber.

  • first taking the franchises of sony (devil may cry,GTA,final fantasy etc) next take the avatars of the wii and a campaign of commercials showing the xbox can be the family console...and now this.

  • yur just mad cuz if the ps3 and 360 gets something like this there will be no reason to get the wii

  • if you could use a wii style remote on a better console(next gen console) would you just not get it on the xbox or ps3..why bother ith the wii...

if MS and Sony get this out soon the wii will die.

recent studies have shown that 78% of all developers are working with MS with contracts...the remaining 22% is split between nintendo and sony

  • it's not microsoft, the controler is called motus darwin, actually it'a called darwin and the company is called motus, knew it from gamespot.

  • Motion+ kicks this things ass up and down. more accurate then wiimote, i think not. This thing even more delayed then the standard wiimote right now, and when motion+ comes around we have zero delay.

  • OMG!!! You too can have the exact same power of the Wii Remote + Wii Motion Plus for the LOW LOW price of $40 MORE THAN BOTH COMBINED!

And where is the NUNCHUCK ripoff?!??!

    LOL PASS!

This proves once again that Wii HAVE WON!

Buy a Wii and GAMERS WIIN!

  • looks cool, I gotta buy this for xbox 360.
