@funanyone10 but LEDS are become more common and prices are slowly dropping

@narcoti Because globalists HATE real jobs that create wealth. They prefer 'service' jobs that only shuffle around existing wealth as the latter requires an ever expanding debt bubble that they can use to take over society. Until that bubble bursts and everything collapses, as is happening now.

@narcoti You want the factory in the US? Who would want to get stuck in a factory as a manufacturing worker earning 2 dollars USD per hour? NOT ME

Take a shot every time they say "Exclusive"

LED is the best but costly!

@mindlesstube Incandescent Bulb: 10% output 90% wasted in heat Compact Flourescent Bulb: gives the same amount of light as the incandescent but contains mercury vapours that are persistent and extremely toxic! like if the bulb is broken special techniques are applied to dump it!

I confused... so many people saying these are bad for you and so many saying they are not.. how do you find out the truth!

@biocybernaut "the thing is this: CFL's are dangerous to human health because of the EMF field they create"
Wow? Really? If the people talking about EMF had a clue they would know how stupid they sound. Your computer, Cell Phone, TV, Microwave and house wiring all generate far more EMF. As an Extra class ham radio operator I operate extremely sensitive radio gear, so far CFL's haven't caused a problem. Now the electric fence an HV power lines down the street are another story.

@Blaze1024 the energy and mercury issues are really besides the point in this discussion...the thing is this: CFL's are dangerous to human health because of the EMF field they create: /VS5ogZxoZ2Y (the video's just an example, though I don't need any video, being in CFL lighting is enough = it makes me feel like crap)

Funny how the people who make such a big deal over 1.5 mg of mercury in a CFL being dangerous are the very same people who advocate nuclear power and have no problem with the 100's of tons of radioactive waste they produce each year. Whats sad is It would be really easy to get Contards to use CFL's. All that needs to happen is for Obama to say CFL's are bad and the Contards would be falling all over themselves running out to buy them.
why do we care how many workers are employed WHEN THEY ARE IN CHINA!

@stickedU
You're joking, right? It takes more energy to produce a CFL than it does to make one incandescent light bulb. And there are far less hazardous materials used.
