ive seen carb blow out before but this looks like its near the water pump? :S

It popped out the exhaust. The car is turbocharged, and I initially started the car with the turbo off so it would not be damaged by a backfire if the timing were off. The turbo mounts to the flange where you see the backfire come from. You can see the setup with the turbo on in some of my other videos.
