Dear Joni, permission to be frank: You need some coaching yourself. Maybe less in voice, but definitely in marketing strategy, online image, self-promotion and sales. Furthermore, unless your video was shot by you with a cameraphone and a "whiteboard-prompter" summary to your lower right (sorry ;P!), I'd advise to hire professionals to make your videos, not just to direct and shoot, but mainly to conceptualize them avoiding "$9.99 infomercial" formats.
