Well it was 10-10-10 and I was supposed to go to the Union Pacific's Sunset Route with Brian. After learning there weren't going to be many trains on the route we switched to Fullerton. And an excellent decision if I may say so Brian! It turned out to be a great day! Lots of action! I split it up into a two part series so enjoy part I and be sure to check out part II.

7:41am- Southbound Amtrak Pacific Surfliner #564 passes by with an excellent horn display!

  • @sethamtrak I honestly don't know, those cars were hooked up to the Chief in San Bernadino CA and I guess thats just the way they were facing.

  • why was the tioga pass faced inwards?
