  • this is rumored to have been Chet's favorite guitar.

  • Smooth, elegant, perfect. Chet could make any tune sound great. And what a gentleman. They just don't make them like that anymore. RIP Chet, we miss you.

    Thanks for posting.

  • Especially Doc Watson flat pickin' master Chet was the magic touch no matter what he played it was perfect See the way at the end he passes the credit Total class act Miss you Chet

  • I do not know why only Chet could make this sound. Even only one touch of pick...No body can do like Chet. Of course, that's why Chet is Chet.

  • the godfather of what??? There cant have been many guitarist back in those days?? ,, but oh wow , what a treat ,,.. Lol

  • BEAUTIFUL,~ *****STARS

    THANK YOU FOR THE UPLOAD

  • Chet Atkins, Jr. Brown, Roy Clark, Ricky Skaggs and Doc Watson are truly some of the most underrated guitarists of all time.

Just because someone plays country doesn't mean they don't tear the ass out of the guitar.

  • Fantastic!! Too bad Chet is gone now :-(

  • Beautiful...

  • @boogertoots Chet played with such elegant grace he really DIDN'T need to use a slide. Often imitated, NEVER duplicated!
