I'm classic pear shape, hardly anything to lose on waist but large hips. I lost cms off my hips (where i wanted to lose it) but by measuring WTH ratio, narrowest part of waist to largest hips (around buttocks) my WTH ratio has INCREASED - why and is it a problem? Will my ratio even out if i continue exercising? Am I really at INCREASED risk despite losing weight?
