It's going to be fun to watch the repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell, lead to the evaluation of military spousal benefits. When someone legally married, in one of several states allowing gay marriage, has military benefits for a spouse denied, that's discrimination and that will lead to the repeal of the DOMA ("Defense of discriminatory Marriage Act") and that will lead to nation-wide rejection of marriage discrimination. It's just a matter of time.
