Master Cleanse - Day 3 (Lemonade Diet)

Day 3 of my video journal documenting my journey through the Master Cleanse detox program. I'm experiencing fewer cravings, due in no small part to a discussion I had with my family asking them for their support at home.

I've noticed that my cravings go away after I've gone to bathroom exactly as Peter Glickman described. I need to find new and healthier ways to spend time with my wife rather than over a meal.

Maybe I should only post a video every other day. I guess they're getting boring. Fewer and fewer people are viewing the videos.

My wife is being very considerate. Rather than cooking pork chops in the house, she's cooking them outside on the BBQ so I don't have to smell them cooking.
