what do u recommend for compressing mp3 files so that it can be played on a iPod touch?

I believe the iTunes software includes a compressor/converter for mp3 media. I can't say for sure though.

It's a direct link from the 2DMention site. It's perfectly safe, so it must have been a false positive on your end.

Regardless, I have just replaced it with a mediafire link of my own album that I optimised. The old one had a 6.5MB jpg image embedded within each MP3, causing the album size to be nearly 50MB larger than necessary.

Popping it into google translator gives a rough idea of what it's about. Pretty much it talks about how accidents can happen, but love and courage will push us forward for a brighter future.

@jrharbort Thanks for the follow-up. I ran a scan which confirmed I had picked up a virus, but there's no way to know for sure where it came from. It's more likely it was just bad timing that it decided to manifest itself at around the time I was doing the download.

In any case I'm looking forward to hearing the rest of the album...
