  • You definitly dont seem new to weight lifting at all, plus VERY strong, great lifts, but have you tried the alternate grip? You seem like someone who knows what works and doesnt work for them, Im just asking. Alternate generally allows bigger lifts. Great job.

  • I use alternate grip every chance i get. The only problem is the gym wont allow chalk and the bars arent the best so i can only do it so often. But i have a pretty good grip so i know it is there if i need it but thanks man.

  • you mocving and spazzing alot before ytour bigg lift keeps you from getting it up your burning energy you need try just keeping it in and releasing it on the lift helped me alot
