Farmville guitar theme -- Upside Down Lefty

This is me goofing off. I couldn't get this song out of my head so I learned to play it. Yes, that is a left-handed guitar strung for a righty. I'm weird.

I'm ambidexdtrous when I write. I'm learning how to play myself left handed upside down but I'm orginally right handed for guitar playing. A bit baffling when doing it but then you start to figure it out where the chords and scales are etc. In the old days as far as I'm aware left handed guitars were very rare and right handed ones were converted in to left handed turned over. Jimi hendrix did that cause he was left handed. It's fun to do. Great playing.

@KarloR27 thanks Karlo! That actually sounds weirder than how I play, lol! Geez... my head is flip floping, lol! Way to go on the flip floping of the guitar when you write. Thinking about that.... that would bring up the best of both worlds! :)

@zeldoide totally a Mexican made Strat. I have guitars that are worth over $3,500 and I have guitars that are worth $200.00 and honestly?.... that Mexican made Strat is one of the best guitars I have ever picked up in my life. I'm sure that there are better strats out there.... but I haven't found one yet! :)

I have been playing the guitar left handed and and upside down since I was a teenager. Today is my 55th birthday and I always wondered if I could get an left handed electric guitar but strung for a righty! You have one!! MAHALO!!!

haha - Happy Birthday!!! I have many guitars that are "warped" just for me. I would suggest to buy a left-handed guitar (although this part is tough because you can't really get a feel for the guitar when it's strung "upside-down") and have your local guitar tech flip the nut. The bridge will support any size string, but the nut won't. Once you've flipped the nut the guitar will (hopefully) play like a dream. Good luck!!

Dose playing an upside down backwards mean your playing and guitar that is perfect for a person to play and hit the notes on the neck with there left hand. With your Right hand.

could someone please explained im very confused i heard hendrix did the same thing but i just dont understand im not a guitar person i want to learn .

You are the only person I've ever seen play upside down and backwards besides my uncle. they learned on 1 guitar and had to share, so the lefty had to learn everything upside down. i have posted videos of them picking.
