Help me out here, but I don't quite understand what is so especial about bacon, eggs, cheese, tomato and lettuce. And call it the world's greatest sandwich? A little too ambitious.

A very famous chef, who runs two top notch restaurants ("The French Laundry" in the Napa Valley, California and "Per Se" in New York), which are both awarded three stars in the Guide Michelin and who is usually consulted when it comes to haute cuisine in a hollywood movie. He was also a consultant for the animated movie "Ratatouille".
