DX ENGINE-OH is the 1st robot for Engine Sentai GO-ONGER（炎神戦隊ゴーオンジャー）. This is one of Bandai's Super Sentai Hero Toy product lines for 2008.

It is always fun to know double-meaning or cross-meaning of Sentai Series' titles. The "炎神" in Japanese Kanji is pronounced as "En-jin (God of fire)" and its sound can be taken as "Engine" in English which describes the concept of Go-onger's power source, Engine Soul.

DX ENGINE-OH, the 1st robot, are a gattai-combination of Engine Speedle, Engine Buson, and Engine BeaRV. They all come in one package with one Engine Soul Chip (No.1: Engine Speedle's Soul). This chip are attached into each vehicle and make few sounds or speak some words from the tv series. And there are more chips are coming with each toy of their DX series. Good fans of them need to watch out for their wallet! Quite tempting...

Hi Interblue, i've been waiting for a good toy review for a long time, thank you. I've also been wanting to buy this, do you think if it worth buying, especially compared to other mechas?

HI, thanks for your comment and question. Yeah, I would think so. These robot will have more sounds and talk from the tv series when you combine them with the Engine Soul chips. Our wholeseller from one of Bandai lines told us that there will be gachapon versions for the engine souls to collect. So there will be more to collect for the robot.

Nice review but you got most of the names wrong.

the red one is Speedor.

The blue on is Buson.(no -)

and the yellow is BearRV

And it's not Engine-oh It's Just Engine-O

sorry to diss but just wanted you to know the correct names.

and why did you only use Speedor's engine soul?

Don't you have the other's?

In my opinion, the review would of been better if you had the engine soul for each engine.
