Part 1 of the last minute of a 5-day swimming class for adults afraid in water. They had overcome fear of putting their faces in, of letting the water hold them up in the shallow, of letting it hold them up in the deep. They had learned how to prevent panic and stay in control. Now they're ready to test it all, jumping into the deep end. Two clips, five seconds apart in real time.

  • If I understand you correctly, yes, once you jump in, you just hold your breath and the water pushes you back to the surface. Hold your nose when you jump in, or wear a nose clip.
