yer same here. i had 2 move 2 america 4 my dads job nd i hate it and this song just rubs it in.lol. but because we are being betrayed by our govournment because they are letting in millions of immagrints the australian spirit is selling out. and soon it will be like the usa and very diverse. goodbye aussi as we know it!

oh yes a lot of the time people give u strange looks and r like......wtf...... like once i called an 'eraser' a 'rubber' to my teacher and i was a social outcast for the rest of the day. lol also do you ever get someone who sais "you speak very good english for only being here 7 months".......ahah....lol.
lol, i know exactly what you mean, i get all these people going, hey can you say [such and such] in autralian, then i say we speak english in australia but they still dont get it, lol XD they think they're so good but american can be pretty stupid sometimes.
I'm actually taiwanese american, but I grew up in brisbane. I learned my vocabulary in aussie english, and I used to speak with an australian accent until I had to change to american because no one could understand me in taiwan :(
And I still call Australia home. God bless Australia.
