it takes a matter of a few seconds maybe minutes tops to deliver a package like that, most of the time you see the guys running from truck to customer to get it in and out asap. And a ups truck isn't going to fit into one of those small spaces you idiot(fwinstead). Maybe you should just stick to snail mail and have the packages get there in twice the time

okay...how come the post office can stop in the middle of the street on a one lane street do deliver mail but its not okay for a UPS truck to stop on a two lane deliver a package?

Who does not allow them to back in to a park? Is it a DC law? Is it a UPS rule? Either way, I have plenty of pictures of UPS trucks backed in to park.
