Vaclav Havel RIP | Tribute to the Czech Playwright-President | Adam Daniel Mezei VB #320

RIP Václav Havel.

The late Czech (and Czechoslovakian) President Vaclav Havel passed away this morning in Prague, Czech Republic. He will rank for all time in the annals of Cold War history as the consummate peacemaker alliance-builder.

In the Czech Republic, he remains the pre-eminent post-Berlin Wall personality who marshaled the nascent Czech Republic through its critical first transition period from hardline Czechoslovak Communism to democracy.

Greetings from Czech Republic! You made a very nice video about Mr. Václav Havel, I am really astonished by your knowledge and I sympathise with you. A mourning march of more than 10 000 people happened today this morning and shortly after that a military ceremonial took place at Prague´s castle. All the Czech news are covering these happenings so you can see them for yourself. Thank you alot for this video and have a great day. RIP Václav Havel. May he rest in peace.
