"Fingers" Trailer

The story of a boy who hitchhikes from Ohio down to Nashville every weekend to play his music for a small local crowd. It's a fun tale that won't fail to make you laugh, think, smile, and perhaps even wonder why you do what you do.


The piece stars Ben Daniels, the guitar-slinging son of actor Jeff Daniels. The supporting role is held down by LA actor Tim Brennen (Curb Your Enthusiasm, Arrested Development, Desperate Housewives, Mad TV, Reno 911). The cast is then filled out colorfully by actors and musicians from around the nation including Hayes Hargrove, Deanna Glasser, Danny Mooney, Bob Geabhart, Bobby Daniels and Whitney Jordan.

The crew also hails from around the U.S. with personnel from all over Michigan, New York City, Chicago, Nashville, Memphis and Los Angeles. Look for the film to be out in late spring 2008.

The sound that Ben Daniels displays throughout his Youtube video's shows the extraordinary talent that this young man has. Not only is his guitar playing ability sublime but his lyrics match the "new era" blues that this post Sublime generation is looking for(references to many modern day situations much like sublime with a little jack johnson feel within the lyrics). He also displays his timid/confident self within this movie. Get ready to hear the name "Ben Daniels" for many years to come.
